Electric Bicycle in Nepal
Yesterday I used my brother’s Sony MP3 Player. I tried to see the images from that player. I found few interesting pictures from that player. I asked him what these pictures is about. He replied these are new electric bicycle which is coming soon in Nepal. Wow!! sounds great. I asked him, where did you find these, actually he also doesn’t have enough idea, those snaps were taken by his friend. His friend wants to do new business on electric bicycle so he got those snaps on that player. Below are some pictures taken from that that player. Thats why pictures are not so good quality. He added that the price of this bicycle is about 25 K. Well lets see when these bicycles can be seen on the road and how much these bicycles will take place in this competitive market. I hope this will take good market in the view low cost, and no need of petrol.

Few years ago, There were Chinese Electrical cycles and they were big flop due to cost of maintainence and due to other legal issues from Yatayaat bibhag. Traffic police started snatching such cycles and i’ve heard there were no repair centers of such cycles too. If it’s damaged, it’s useless.. . I don’t see it’s market here unless there is adequate repair centers and minimum legal issues. It was sold here from 15k NRS above at that time.
